Concerts and events with Monique in October:

 6th Oct : Monique sings at the Amfiscene in the People's Park in Roskilde at 10:00 AM to support The Danish Children's Accident Foundation.

 8th Oct : Monique is the hostess of the Christian Campbell seminar " Who do you walk with - God or no one ? ". More details below.

23rd, 28th and 30th Oct : Monique sings in the Søren Østergaard show.

On Oct 6th, Monique performs in Roskilde at the Amfiscene in the People's Park in front of 2,000 children participating in The Danish Children's Accident Foundation Campaign " Be safe in traffic " ;-)

There will be handed out cool " safe in traffic " waistcoats to all children in Roskilde Council's preschool classes in order for them to be visible when it is dark. The concert starts at 10:00 AM and maybe " Tangokat " and a lot of other wonderful children songs will be sung by Monique? Come and join in ;-)

The last one of the seminars with the amazing Christian Campbell is coming up and this time the title of the seminar is " Who do you walk with - God or no one?"

Good question ! It will be an evening about faith, faith in yourself and who would not want that, so come and be inspired !

The seminar takes place on October 8th from 19:00 - 22:00 at the Hotel Fy and Bi in Valbylanggade 62, 2500 Valby ! Tickets are 150 DKK and can be purchased on www.christiancampbell.dk ! And Monique will be your hostess this evening ;-).

Soon Monique will be on her way to her father's home country and she is really looking forward to the belly dancing, the pyramids, falafel, the Egyptian museum, the Nile, Baklawa and not to mention the temperature right now, and who knows, maybe she'll do a concert !!

Monique has visited Egypt several times and was the first artist ever who got permission to film in  Abu Simbel in Aswan when her first four music videos were made. Watch Monique's videos from Egypt here on YouTube.

Monique loves the entertainer Søren Østergaard and has seen him perform so many times at Glassalen in Tivoli as the baker Jørgen, who dances with his "Danish pastry" and all the other wonderful characters that he does.

So when Søren asked if Monique wanted to go "on the road" with him, she got ecstatic and said "Yes!" right away. The first show is in Esbjerg and Monique's only concern is "I hope I don't die laughing !".

At last the baby was born, unfortunately not mine, but Dennis Knudsen's Makeup baby "Ink" and it was such an amazing launch with just about every possible celebrity attending ;-)

Sanne Salomonsen and I gave it our all and everything was just fantastic, but we have to talk about the beautiful baby, and you have to check it out. The biggest hit in the makeup series has got to be the lip gloss (in many different colours including black ;-) and with a built-in light and mirror, so now you can do your perfect lip gloss in the dark.

Dennis has thought of everything ! In addition to the gloss, one of my other favourites is the petroleum coloured eyeliner to use inside the eye, if you know what I mean, girls, go and get it !!! You can buy it in every Matas shop in Denmark !!!
